Privacy

This website is a demo made by Pixelvile Studio LLP, Kolkata ("Pixelvile"), for a homestay that doesn't exist. Nothing you send here reaches a real business, and nobody will contact you about it. Pixelvile is responsible for what happens to your details.

What we collect, and why

• A room request (through the booking page on this site): the dates, the room type, how many guests, your name, phone number, and your email and a note if you add them, so the stay shows in the demo dashboard.
• An enquiry: your name, phone number, the dates and party size if you give them, and your message, so it shows in the demo's Enquiries.
• Visits to the site: a count per day of pages opened and where visitors came from (Google, WhatsApp, a link). No cookies, no IP address and nothing that identifies you.

Anyone can open the demo dashboard, so names, phone numbers and emails that visitors type in are hidden there (shown as initials and the last two digits). The guests already in the demo are made up.

How long it is kept

Demo room requests are deleted within a day and demo enquiries within a week. Visit counts are kept as daily totals.

Who handles it

Pixelvile runs the booking system and dashboard. Cloudflare hosts this site and the system. Meta (WhatsApp) and Zoho (email) carry messages for real businesses, but the demo never sends any. No advertising or tracking services, and no cookies.
